Do the photos online reflect the apartment I will be renting?

Yes and no. Photos online only show examples of our apartments. It is certainly possible that you will be renting one of these specific apartments. However, it is also possible that the apartment you will be renting is not pictured online. Upon request, we can send you pictures specifically of the apartment we are able to offer you.

Is it possible to view apartments in advance?

Usually not, since our apartments are almost always all rented; naturally, we cannot show rented apartments. Occasionally, however, we are able to show you a similar type of apartment if one is free, which allows you to get a general impression of what we can offer.

What should I do if I have a problem with the apartment?

First, we recommend that you consult the information folder we provide in every apartment. It can help you handle the problems or answer the questions that come up most frequently. If you don't find a solution in the information folder, simply call our office and we will be happy to help, for instance by sending our caretaker to your apartment. Outside of our business hours you can send us an e-mail to info@wohnenbyspringer.de. We will answer answer your inquiry immediately the following day. In case of emergency, a list of the telephone numbers of all offices and agencies you may need to contact is located in every corridor.

Is there a minimum rental term?

Yes, the minimum rental term is one month. You are free to decide how long you would like to stay with us.

Can I bring a pet?

No. Although we love pets ourselves, for hygienic reasons, we cannot allow animals to be kept in our apartments.

How do I terminate my rental agreement?

As a tenant, you can terminate your apartment rental by providing notice one month before the end of the month. Please note that terminations must be provided in writing, in accordance with legal stipulations.

Do you charge a broker’s fee or deposit when the rental agreement is signed?

Since you are renting our apartments directly from the owner, you will not be charged any commission or broker's fee. However, please note that we must charge a deposit after you have signed your rental agreement.

How can I reserve an apartment?

If you are interested in one of our beautiful apartments in one of our gorgeous buildings (can you tell how much we love our buildings and apartments?) and want to make a reservation or rent now, please give us a call. In our experience, a personal chat is best to help us discover the right type of apartment to meet your needs. Our office is opne Monday to Thursday from 9am to 4pm and Friday from 9am to 1pm to answer your questions directly.
